Our Refund Policy

At Shelley Massage Therapy, we strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for your deposit or booking.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • If you have booked but decide prior to the appointment that you no longer wish to be served, provided the cancellation notice is received within the acceptable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that deposits and payments are non-refundable if you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (No-Show) or if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our team. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment or a coordinated transfer method within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process has been initiated.
